Floor Technician

SOLID Surface Care is growing and is looking for dependable, motivated Floor Technicians to join our team at multiple locations.

What You'll Do

As a Floor Technician, you'll work with a team to clean, maintain, and restore commercial floors and surfaces. Through training and hands-on experience, you'll learn to:

• Clean and maintain carpet, tile, vinyl, stone, hardwood, and other commercial surfaces
• Operate professional floor-care equipment and tools
• Perform scrubbing, buffing, stripping, waxing, and specialized floor-care services
• Follow safety procedures and SOLID quality standards
• Work alongside experienced technicians and develop new skills
• Provide professional service to commercial customers
• Travel to customer locations as needed

What We're Looking For

• Available for 2nd or 3rd shift
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs. throughout a shift
• Willingness to travel occasionally based on customer needs
• Able to meet applicable client-site background requirements

Previous experience in floor care, janitorial services, facilities maintenance, construction, warehouse, landscaping, or other hands-on work is preferred.
