Part-Time Leasing Consultant | Sales & Customer Service The Springs Apartments | North Indianapolis, IN Are you a people person who loves building relationships and creating exceptional customer experiences? The Springs Apartments, a beautiful apartment community located on the north side of Indianapolis, is looking for a friendly, energetic, and motivated Part-Time Leasing Consultant to join our team! If you enjoy meeting new people, helping them find their next home, and working in a fun, fast-paced environment, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do Welcome prospective residents and provide personalized community tours. Build relationships with prospects and guide them through the leasing process. Follow up with leads through phone calls, emails, and text messages. Process rental applications and assist with move-in coordination. Deliver exceptional customer service to current and future residents. Assist with resident retention and renewal efforts. Maintain knowledge of apartment availability, pricing, and community amenities. Ensure the leasing office and model apartments are welcoming and tour-ready. Support marketing and outreach efforts to generate new leads. Work closely with the Property Director and onsite team to achieve leasing and occupancy goals. What We're Looking For Previous customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, or leasing experience preferred. Multifamily leasing experience is a plus but not required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude with a passion for helping people. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Comfortable using computers and learning property management software. Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment. Weekend availability is required. Why Join The Springs?
