Job Title: Claims Processor
\nLocation: Mason, OH (Hybrid: 2–3 days/week in office; WFH space required)
\nSchedule: M–F, Full-Time (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
\nDuration: Temporary, with potential for extension or full-time conversion
\nRequirement: Data entry test scores must be included on resumes.
\n \nRole Summary:
\nAccurately process standard, non-complex manual claims, adjustments, and projects while meeting productivity, cycle time, and quality targets.
\n \nQualifications:
\n- \n
- 0–1 years of claims processing/data entry experience \n
- Basic knowledge of Excel and Access \n
- Strong customer service and multitasking skills \n
