Location: Billings, MT Schedule: Monday-Friday Pay: $20/hr, with overtime opportunities

Summary


Express Employment Professionals is seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate for a long-standing construction supply company. This role focuses on accurate order fulfillment, inventory organization, and maintaining a clean, safe warehouse environment. Candidates should be detail-oriented, physically capable, and ready to work in a fast-paced team setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with accuracy.
• Stock, relocate, and organize inventory.
• Follow all safety protocols and proper lifting techniques.
• Operate warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jack, hand truck) - certification provided.
• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse (sweeping, trash removal, shelf upkeep).
• Inspect products for damage before shipping.
• Complete basic documentation for orders, inventory, and shipments.
• Collaborate with warehouse staff and management to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Warehouse experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift 40 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional overtime.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.
