The Science Team at Russell Tobin and Associates is hiring a 'Senior Recruiter/Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist' for a top leading biotechnology organization. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain talent pipelines for niche and hard-to-fill positions Partner with hiring leaders to manage full-cycle recruitment Utilize Workday, LinkedIn, Boolean search, ATS platforms, and job boards to identify top talent Conduct market research, talent mapping, and competitor analysis Share talent market insights and recruiting trends with stakeholders Support workforce planning and other recruitment initiatives as needed Qualifications Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting and sourcing experience Experience recruiting senior-level managers and directors Proficiency with Workday ATS and recruiting technologies Strong stakeholder management, project management, and collaboration skills Experience with recruiting analytics, talent market research, and multi-functional hiring Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment Preferred Skills Recruiting data analytics and reporting Strategic sourcing and talent mapping Strong communication, adaptability, and problem-solving abilities Additional Information Pay: $30–$35/hour (W2, based on experience) Contract: 6 months with potential extension Location: Maplewood, MN 55144 Must be authorized to work in the United States. #J-18808-Ljbffr
