Spot Welder

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Spot Welder to join our production team. The Spot Welder is respoonsible for operating spot-welding equipment to assemble and fabricate metal components according to specifications while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Interpretation blueprints, process sheets, and production specifications.
• Inspect welded parts to ensure quality and compliance with standards.
• Ability to identify parts of all types.
• Set-up, operation and adjustments of spot-welding tools and machines.
• Maintain production quotas while meeting quality expectations.
• Follow all workplace safety procedures and company policies.

Qualifications

• Previous spot welding or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and measuring tools.
• Must be able to set up and run spot welding for all materials (ferrous & non-ferrous, aluminized...etc)
• Demonstrated ability to assemble complex products.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Must be able to weld samples that pass the required pull testing.
• Follow process sheets and solve any problems that may occur during the spot weld process.
• Basic knowldedge of welding safety practices.
