Radiologic Technologist- X Ray (Evenings)

Tasks and Responsibilities Operate and manage the acquisition of X‑ray images utilizing portable digital radiography (DR) or computed radiography (CR) systems, ensuring timely submission to radiologists for diagnostic interpretation. Transport and set up portable X‑ray equipment within healthcare facilities to conduct examinations as directed by physicians, with the primary goal of producing clinically diagnostic and technically sound images. Perform electrocardiograms (EKGs) when necessary, ensuring accurate transmission to cardiologists for analysis. Regularly digitize and archive examination‑related documentation and billing records in compliance with established protocols on a daily basis. Maintain consistent communication with dispatch personnel and management to coordinate schedules and address operational needs. Demonstrate professional interaction with colleagues, supervisory staff, and patients to uphold high standards of service. Ensure proper maintenance and operational readiness of both the vehicle and X‑ray equipment to guarantee safety and effectiveness. Uphold all state licensing and ARRT certification requirements, along with health and operational standards to maintain compliance. Possess a valid driver’s license within the state of operation, ensuring it remains in good standing at all times.
