Staff Supervision & Scheduling You're the coach in the huddle. You keep CSR staff aligned with bank policies and standards while crafting smart schedules that put the right people in the right place at exactly the right time — because great service doesn't happen by accident. Regulatory Compliance Rules matter — and you take that seriously. As the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) Officer Alternate, you'll ensure daily compliance reporting and checks are completed with integrity and precision, protecting the branch, the bank, and the customers you serve.
