Financial Reporting Accountant

Spectrum Search Group

Spectrum Search is working closely with a REIT in Uptown Dallas looking to add a Financial Reporting Accountant. This role works directly with the Controller and CFO, and plays a key part in financial reporting, process improvement, and ad hoc projects/initiatives. This role will wear several hats, interact with other divisions, and have quite a bit of visibility. Responsibilities: Support quarterly and annual financial reporting Assist with SEC filings and technical accounting research Partner with auditors and internal stakeholders Help improve reporting processes and controls Experience: Public accounting experience preferred CPA or CPA-track strongly preferred SEC reporting or public company exposure a plus Experience with Workiva or ActiveDisclosure is preferred Strong attention to detail and communication skills Depending on experience and skill set, this role will pay $95k-$110k + $10-15k bonus + stock-based compensation. #J-18808-Ljbffr
