Know the difference between traditional UX, AI in UX and Agentic UX principles and why they matter, with examples. Strongstorytelling andcommunication skills: you can tailor your message to any audience and consistently earn alignment from senior stakeholders Demonstrated success mentoringor peer-coachingdesigners andinfluencing team capability, not just deliveringgreat workyourself Deep fluency in user-centered design, accessibility standards, and interaction design across web and mobile platforms Proficiencyin Figma, Claude Code, Claude Designandothermodern(AI)prototyping tools, with clear examples of how AI is incorporated intoyour workflows,how you evaluate AI capabilities, as well ashow your inputs and outcomes have improvedin the last18 months Preferred Background incomplexB2B Saas or enterprise software,CPG, retail, or ecommercethat span multiple user roles, geographies, and touchpoints, often building systems or connected platforms from the ground up.
