Registered Nurse - ICU

$2325.60/week -

Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse for travel assignment in a level I trauma center. The ideal candidate will have previous float experience across various critical care units and be proficient in managing complex patient needs in high-acuity environments.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Provide comprehensive direct patient care in ICU, neuro/trauma SICU, MICU, CPS/VICU, CCU, PCCU, and ED/PACU settings.
  
  
• 
  Demonstrate competence in monitoring, assessing, and responding to critically ill patients conditions.
  
  
• 
  Float seamlessly to different ICU units as needed, adjusting care approaches accordingly.
  
  
• 
  Participate in a competency test within 24 hours of submission to verify clinical proficiency.
  
  
• 
  Ensure documentation and reporting comply with facility standards.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Valid RN license with ICU experience at a level I trauma center.
  
  
• 
  Minimum of 2 years of recent ICU experience, including neuro and trauma care.
  
  
• 
  Proven ability to float across multiple critical care units confidently.
  
  
• 
  Epic EMR experience required.
  
  
• 
  Certified in BLS and ACLS.
  
  
• 
  Comfortable working in a fast-paced critical care environment.
