Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Current and active RN license in Massachusetts or compact state eligibility
• Minimum of 2 years of recent Operating Room experience
• BLS and ACLS certifications (required)
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Strong critical thinking, adaptability, and attention to detail

Responsibilities:

• Provide safe, competent nursing care throughout the perioperative period
• Assist with surgical procedures, preparing equipment and monitoring patient status
• Communicate effectively with the surgical team for optimal patient outcomes
• Document care accurately and promptly in compliance with facility protocols
