Supervisor Security

Job Summary and Responsibilities As our Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating the daily activities of the security team, ensuring the safety and security of our premises, patients, staff, and visitors. Every day you will manage and mentor security personnel, assign patrols and posts, respond to incidents, enforce security policies, and conduct investigations, all while maintaining a visible and reassuring presence. To be successful in this role, you must demonstrate strong leadership, effective communication, and a comprehensive understanding of security protocols and emergency response, crucial for maintaining a safe and secure environment. Maintains a comprehensive inspection, test and maintenance program for all security physical and electronic measures Follows up on pending security issues Implements requirements of the Security Management Plan. Manages and coordinates responses to critical incidents. Monitors and documents actual and potential security breaches Monitors existing security systems and technologies for possible security leaks or fraud Conducts ongoing security orientation and training of assigned staff and may serve as Field Training Officer Job Requirements Required High School Diploma or GED One (1) year experience as a Security Officer involving extensive public contact Valid AZ State Driver's License American Heart Association-issued BLS card within 90 days of hire Where You'll Work Hello Humankindness Are you ready to join a healthcare family where your values align with ours?
