Senior Manager, Peer-to-Peer Strategy & Engagement

Lead the strategy, planning, and evolution of TARPEYO’s peer‑to‑peer channel, including Speaker Bureau and National Congress engagement Define and deliver HCP education objectives, programs, and resources aligned with the HCP decision journey and measurable business outcomes Shape and optimize the Speaker Bureau model, including faculty strategy, program formats, targeting, training, and execution Establish performance measurement frameworks and translate insights into strategic optimization and future planning Lead strategic planning and activation of national congress presence Oversee congress budgeting, contracting, logistics, product theaters, and post‑conference reviews Coordinate engagement planning across field, medical, TL/SMLs, and matrix partners Manage assigned commercial tactics and programs from planning through execution Support sales and marketing materials, internal communications, and field enablement resources Ensure peer‑to‑peer programming complies with compliance standards, SOPs, and regulatory requirements Manage agencies and external vendors for high‑quality, timely execution Requirements Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or related field 5+ years of pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or commercial marketing experience Experience supporting peer‑to‑peer engagement, Speaker Bureau strategy, congress planning, or HCP marketing initiatives Experience working within specialty and/or rare disease markets; nephrology experience preferred Strong understanding of pharmaceutical promotional compliance requirements and industry guidelines Demonstrated success leading projects and managing agencies, vendors, budgets, events, or business processes Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills 20% travel Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in leading peer‑to‑peer engagement strategies, managing Speaker Bureau initiatives, and executing national congress planning while ensuring compliance with industry standards.
