Details Position: Full-time Compensation: $26.00 – $37.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications Schedule: Monday – Friday – 4 ten hour days or 5 eight hour day schedules available Experience: New Grads Welcome! Patient Care: 45-minutes with 1-on-1 patient care (no double booking) Work Location: In person Ability to commute to Snohomish Responsibilities Assist the physical therapist in implementing individualized treatment plans for patients based on their specific needs, medical history, and goals. Conduct exercises and therapeutic activities as prescribed by the physical therapist, focusing on improving patients’ range of motion, flexibility, strength, and endurance. Observe and evaluate patients’ progress during therapy sessions, documenting and reporting any changes or concerns to the supervising physical therapist. Collaborate with the physical therapy team to develop and modify treatment plans as necessary, based on ongoing assessments and patient feedback. Qualifications Valid Physical Therapist Assistant license in the state of Washington. Associate degree in Physical Therapy Assistant program from an accredited institution. Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport with patients and work effectively within a multidisciplinary team. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
