Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to establish clients' mental health needs, crafting tailored treatment plans that guide therapeutic interventions.

  • Deliver evidence-based therapy modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy, to individuals, couples, and families.

  • Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate holistic care for clients, minimizing barriers to access.
  • \n
  • Provide crisis intervention when necessary, utilizing your skills to support clients experiencing acute psychological distress or emergencies effectively.
  • \n
  • Participate in community outreach efforts and educational workshops to elevate mental health awareness and combat stigma, enriching public understanding of mental health issues.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients represent a wide array of backgrounds, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

  • A valid and independent license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

  • A master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
  • \n
  • Demonstrated excellence in communication and interpersonal skills, building therapeutic alliances with clients from various backgrounds.

  • Cultural competence that reflects sensitivity and respect for diversity in ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic contexts.

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities to maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

Preferred Experience\n

  • A minimum of two years of experience in mental health counseling or therapy.

  • Experience working in community mental health settings or knowledge of local resources.

  • Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to streamline client documentation and care coordination.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $70,000 to $100,000, commensurate with your qualifications and experience.
