Hometown Markets is hiring Store Associates to support daily store operations across multiple shift options. This role includes customer service, stocking, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. What Youll Do
- Assist customers and provide friendly service.
- Operate the register and process transactions.
- Stock shelves, coolers, and merchandise.
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
- Assist with food and beverage areas as needed.
- Communicate issues to management as needed.
- Reliable and dependable attendance.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to remain active throughout the shift.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn (training provided).
- Ability to perform the essential job functions of this role with or without reasonable accommodation, including standing, walking, and physical tasks throughout the duration of the shift.
- Morning, afternoon, and overnight shifts available.
- Scheduling preferences discussed during the interview process.
- Weekend and holiday availability may be required based on business needs.
This role requires standing, walking, stocking merchandise, and general cleaning throughout the shift. Location & Scheduling Flexibility
