Principle Duties And Responsibilities Responsible for developing digital marketing briefs for upcoming projects and liaising with program managers to ensure a firm marketing plan is established during the entire planning process. Serve as the company’s digital storyteller, translating large, often complex concepts into consumable sound bites for our digital platforms. Responsible for digital metrics setting and tracking, competitive analysis, and reporting to manage digital channels and expand marketing reach. Review existing operational processes and develop plans for improvement and create new processes where needed. Create and execute the overall digital marketing strategy and build the digital marketing plan. Think strategically to translate large concepts into consumable sound bites for social channels. Copywriting and content creation for websites and social media accounts. Manage, improve, and provide analysis of online content, considering SEO and Google Analytics. Measure ROI and KPIs. Prepare and manage the digital marketing budget. Engage in media monitoring and social listening, communicating results to leadership via reports, dashboards, or presentations. Monitor competition and provide suggestions for improvement; advise the team on issues, trends, and emerging digital marketing platforms and services. Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices. Knowledge And Skills 3-5 years of relevant experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or equivalent experience. Demonstrated skills in digital strategy development. Proficient in WordPress, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Google Analytics. Ability to strategically communicate with differing audiences. High level of communication skills – written and oral. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. Must be able to work independently and take initiative in problem solving and decision-making. Defense or military experience is highly desired for this position. Knowledge of graphical tools in Adobe Suite to develop assets for social media and website content. Experience developing short form/social video is a plus. Physical Effort Sight: ability to regularly read computer screens, reports, and documents with detail and clarity. Hearing: ability to hear well enough to communicate. Working Conditions Physical Location: Office and manufacturing plant environment with varying conditions, including extreme temperatures, inclement weather, heights, and loud noises. Teamwork: will work with others to ensure efficiency in the workplace. Listening Skills: ability to understand how to use machinery properly and safely. Ability to follow instructions: tasks vary and must be followed competently. Methodical approach: production processes require a methodical sequence of tasks for smooth operation.
