Job Description

Prestige Group is seeking a dependable and technically proficient IT Support Specialist to provide company-wide technology support across all affiliated businesses. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for IT-related issues, manage computer equipment purchasing and setup, assist with employee onboarding and offboarding, and coordinate with external IT providers. Additionally, this role will develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power BI and advanced Excel to support business operations, performance tracking, and management decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for IT support requests, troubleshooting hardware, software, connectivity, and equipment issues.
• Research, order, configure, install, and maintain computers, peripherals, and other IT equipment.
• Manage IT inventory, equipment assignments, warranties, repairs, and replacements.
• Coordinate technology setup and system access for employee onboarding, transfers, and offboarding.
• Assist with creating, designing, and distributing employee newsletters and internal communications, including company updates, announcements, employee recognition, upcoming events, and other organizational news.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Microsoft Power BI and advanced Excel.
• Analyze business data and collaborate with management to establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting requirements.
• Support Microsoft 365, business applications, software installations, and routine system maintenance.
• Coordinate with external IT providers and vendors to resolve technical issues and manage technology services.
• Maintain IT documentation, protect confidential information, and follow established security procedures.
• Identify opportunities to improve technology processes, reporting efficiency, and employee productivity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Information Systems, or a related field; equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
• CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft, Power BI, or other relevant technical certifications.
• Experience with Power BI data modeling, DAX measures, Power Query, dashboard publishing, and reporting automation.
• Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas, data validation, data cleaning, and automated reporting processes.
• Familiarity with SQL, databases, or integrating data from multiple business systems.
• Experience with IT asset management, ticketing systems, remote support tools, and equipment procurement.
• Experience developing dashboards or KPI reports for human resources, recruiting, finance, manufacturing, sales, or other business functions.
• Experience supporting multiple departments, business units, or company locations.
• Familiarity with manufacturing, engineering, or multi=company business environments
