Document Processor

We are looking for a dedicated and exceptionally organized associate to join our team. This position is perfect for someone who takes pride in meticulous work, handling everything from carefully opening application materials and processing payments to creating optimized batches for tracking efficiency. Your flexibility to cross-train and support various tasks will ensure you are a central contributor to maintaining our high standards of quality and compliance.

work hours: 5 PM - 3:30 AM

Responsibilities

Schedules:

Fri-Mon 3P-1:30A OR Fri-Mon 5P-3:30A OR Sun-Thrs 3:30P-12A OR Tues-Sat 7P-3:30A

• Receiving/Initial Handling: Carefully receiving & opening incoming application materials
• Payment Processing: Accurately calculating & verifying payments received with applications
• Documentation Assembly: Skillfully organizing and assembling all necessary application documentation, including forms, attachments, & supporting materials, in the correct order
• Batch Creation: Creating well-organized batches of applications that consistently meet established Productivity & Quality standards to optimize processing efficiency & performance tracking
• Accuracy Verification: Thoroughly reviewing completed applications to ensure accuracy & completeness, identifying any missing information or errors and escalating them according to established procedures
• Document Scanning: Operating scanning equipment to create clear & complete digital copies of each application, paying close attention to detail to ensure high-quality digital records
• Image Review: Conducting detailed reviews of scanned images to verify their quality and legibility, making necessary adjustments or performing rescans to ensure optimal digital record integrity
• Flexibility Across Tasks:  by cross-training & the willingness to support other areas are expected
• Adherence to Policies: Strictly adhering to all company policies related to application processing, data handling, and workplace conduct to ensure compliance and data integrity
