Spray Foam Genie – Milwaukee, WI
Spray Foam Genie is looking for a Spray Foam Installer / Insulation Technician to join our team in Milwaukee, Wisconsin . As a leader in eco-friendly insulation solutions, we help homeowners and businesses improve energy efficiency, comfort, and indoor air quality.
We are seeking a motivated individual who enjoys hands-on work and being part of a hardworking team . Experience with spray foam insulation is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
Job Responsibilities
Install spray foam insulation in residential and commercial properties
Prepare job sites and ensure surfaces are protected before installation
Operate spray foam rigs and maintain equipment
Trim and finish insulation after installation
Follow company safety guidelines and job procedures
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Work as part of a team to complete projects efficiently
Qualifications
Spray foam or insulation experience preferred but not required
Construction or general labor experience is a plus
Ability to work in attics, crawl spaces, and other confined areas
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor
Valid driver’s license preferred
Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn
