Each of us is an adherent of entrepreneurial culture that allows us to never stop, develop, and create new things.What You Will DoDevelop and improve the functionality of the internal corporate HR system.Analyze and modify existing code, XML configurations, XSLT transformations, and generated components.Understand the logic of subsystem operations based on code, data structure, and actual system behavior.Clarify the needs of users and business customers and transform them into technical solutions, specifications, and development tasks.Develop algorithms, individual modules, and integrations with corporate systems and external services.Work with databases, ORM, SSRS, IIS, and related components.Diagnose and resolve issues at the application, IIS, database, integration, and operating system levels.Participate in the gradual modernization of the system and the transition of its components to the modern.NET stack.Prepare technical documentation and, if necessary, consult users, developers, and administrators.Qualifications and Experience RequiredAt least 2 years of commercial experience in developing enterprise solutions in C# and.NET Framework.Confident knowledge of C#, OOP, basic design patterns, and principles of separation of concerns.Experience with ASP.NET Web Forms and understanding of the web application lifecycle.Ability to read, analyze, and safely modify existing code.Confident knowledge of SQL, understanding of the relational model, indexes, transactions, and query optimization.Practical experience with relational DBMS.Knowledge of XML, XSD, XML validation, and XSLT.Understanding of ORM principles and experience with NHibernate, Entity Framework, or similar technologies.Practical experience with Microsoft IIS and web application problem diagnostics.Experience in system integration through REST API, SOAP, or web services; understanding of authorization, TLS, and certificates.Experience with Git, basic knowledge of MSBuild, and understanding of CI/CD.Experience with Jira and Confluence, ability to document technical solutions.Ability to clarify requirements with business, separate business needs from proposed implementation, and form technical tasks.Ability to effectively interact with developers, administrators, analysts, and business customers.Higher technical education in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.Plus Will BeExperience with NHibernate, SSRS, XML/XSLT code generation.Experience generating Excel/Word without using COM.Knowledge of modern.NET, ASP.NET Core, EF Core, or Dapper.Experience with React, message brokers, and automated testing.Experience in the gradual modernization and refactoring of existing systems.Experience working with large enterprise solutions.What We OfferOffice or remote work – you decide.Remote onboarding.Performance bonuses for all (annual or quarterly – depends on the role).Employee training: many internal resources and partner programs, our own library.Health and life insurance for employees.Wellbeing program and corporate psychologist.Compensation for Kyivstar mobile communication expenses.
