Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN - ICU to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced care for ventilated patients, ensuring proper management and monitoring.
• Administer and titrate cardiac and vasoactive drug drips responsibly.
• Conduct cardiac monitoring and respond to emergencies with precision.
• Implement IV therapy protocols in line with clinical guidelines.
• Participate in interdisciplinary teams, contributing expertise in patient management.
• Ensure compliance with ACLS and BLS standards and complete NIHSS training if needed.

Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license with at least 2 years of ICU experience.
• American Heart Association ACLS and BLS certifications required.
• Proficiency in EPIC systems for effective patient documentation.
• Experience with cardiac monitoring and emergency response protocols.
• Ability to manage ventilated patients and titrate cardiac drips efficiently.
• COVID-19 vaccination required; medical or religious exemptions accepted.
