You will play a critical role in delivering high-acuity, evidence-based care to neonates in a multi-site, collaborative NICU environment. Deliver hands-on care in multiple Level-III NICUs. Manage care for approximately 1,700 NICU admissions and over 10,000 births annually. Provide advanced neonatal interventions, including high-frequency ventilation and inhaled nitric oxide therapy. Participate in the neonatal transport program and coordinate emergency stabilization and care. Collaborate with neonatologists and pediatric subspecialists to ensure comprehensive care. Engage in continuous quality improvement, mentorship, and ongoing professional development. Support families through the NICU journey in a compassionate and communicative manner. Rotating weekends and shared on-call responsibilities among the team.
