Job Opportunity: Outpatient Orthopedic Physical Therapist
Our organization is on the lookout for an Outpatient Orthopedic Physical Therapist to deliver evidence-based rehabilitation services for individuals dealing with musculoskeletal issues within a clinical environment. In this position, you will conduct thorough orthopedic assessments, create and adapt personalized treatment plans, and provide manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and functional training aimed at enhancing mobility and alleviating pain.
You will work in close collaboration with physicians and a multidisciplinary care team, ensuring that all patient care is accurately documented in the electronic medical record (EMR).
