LoanIQ Training Specialist

Innova Solutions is partnering with a client that is actively seeking to hire a LoanIQ Training Specialist for an immediate opening.

Title: LoanIQ Training Specialist (Wholesale Lending Operations AFS to LoanIQ Conversion
Duration :19 +month contract with potential extension/conversion
Employment Type: Full-time / Contract on W2
Location : Charlotte,NC / Roanoke, VA/ Irving, TX 3 days in/ 2 days remote


In this role, you will:

• Design and deliver instructor-led LoanIQ training sessions for Wholesale Lending Operations users
• Support AFS to LoanIQ conversion by preparing users for system adoption
• Develop and maintain training materials including PowerPoint presentations, job aids, SOPs, and knowledge checks
• Create role-based training content aligned to lending operations workflows such as booking, servicing, payments, and loan maintenance
• Facilitate hands-on practice labs using training/test environments
• Walk users through LoanIQ screens, navigation, and end-to-end loan lifecycle processes

An ideal candidate will have:

• LoanIQ experience with strong understanding of lending operations workflows
• Proven experience delivering end-user training on LoanIQ or similar lending platforms
• Strong ability to explain complex loan processes in a simple, structured manner
• Experience creating training materials, job aids, and structured learning content
• Background in Lending Operations (booking, servicing, payments, loan maintenance preferred)
• Experience supporting system migrations such as AFS to LoanIQ is highly preferred
• Exposure to UAT/testing environments and hands-on system validation is a plus
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and SharePoint

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $55 hr - $60/hr
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
