• Schedule: Ongoing outpatient coverage opportunities with weekday clinic schedules available.

• Job Setting: Outpatient Primary Care serving Native American and Alaska Native communities within Indian Health Service facilities.

• Types of Cases:

• Acute illness management
• Chronic disease management
• Preventive care
• Wellness visits
• Medication management
• Patient education
• Care coordination
• Specialty referrals

• Credentialing: Full IHS credentialing and privileging required before assignment start.

• Board Certified/Board Eligible: Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.

• Certifications: BLS required; DEA registration as applicable.

• Licensure: Active unrestricted U.S. medical license accepted from any state.
