Associate Attorney

The Sechler Law Firm is on the lookout for a passionate Associate Attorney to join their team. As part of this job, you will expertly manage the entirety of a client’s proceedings, including interacting with customers, giving deep explanations of the law, preparing and analyzing paperwork, constructing trust provisions, and taking part in sales conferences. Responsibilities Drafting and reviewing Estate Plan documents. Performing legal research, preparing for and participating in administrative hearings or other legal proceedings, and giving general counsel under the supervision of senior associate attorneys. Communicating with senior associates, paralegals, and clients to ensure cases are handled efficiently. Drafting and reviewing documents such as wills, revocable trusts, irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, and other legal documents. Reviewing client issues on legal matters, analyzing available options, and diligently determining the best course of action. Keeping files organized to make sure the most recent updates are accessible to other attorneys, paralegals, and staff. Managing clients through the completion of the estate planning process. Effectively presenting and conducting client workshops. Qualifications Possession of a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited school of law and qualification to practice in the state of Pennsylvania. At least two years of substantial involvement in the field of Estate Planning. Elder Law and Medicaid experience preferred but not required. Membership in the Pennsylvania Bar Association in good standing. Willingness to take instruction from senior legal personnel to serve client requirements and expand client base.
