Assembly Worker Location: Casper, WY Job Type: Full-time Manpower seeks a diligent and detail-oriented Assembly Worker to join our client's manufacturing team. The Assembly Worker will be responsible for assembling components accurately, efficiently, and safely according to specific guidelines and procedures. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, good manual dexterity, and the ability to work well in a team environment. Responsibilities Assemble parts or components to build a final product. Inspect parts for defects and quality issues. Operate machinery and tools safely and effectively. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all safety protocols and procedures. Requirements Clean background and be able to pass a drug test. Strong attention to detail. Good communication skills and ability to work in a team. Ability to stand/sit for extended periods. Ability to lift/move boxes of material. Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
