Location: San Antonio, TX | Remote

Pay Rate: Starting at $29.00/hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Dean's Professional Services is seeking a proactive, relationship-driven, and experienced Talent Acquisition Sourcer to support a leading healthcare organization in San Antonio, TX .

The ideal candidate will have strong relationship-building and communication skills, understand hiring manager needs, and be comfortable working independently in a remote environment .

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with Talent Acquisition Partners and hiring teams to understand job requirements, team dynamics, and ideal candidate profiles.

   

• Develop and execute effective, creative sourcing strategies aligned with organizational culture, mission, and hiring needs.

   

• Proactively identify and engage qualified candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, social media, professional networks, technical forums, and other sourcing platforms.

   

• Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified active and passive candidates for current and future hiring needs.

   

• Develop personalized and compelling outreach messages that effectively communicate the organization's culture, values, and employment opportunities.

   

• Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with prospective candidates throughout the sourcing process.

   

• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners and hiring teams to provide candidate-market insights and identify potential recruiting challenges or roadblocks.

   

• Provide market intelligence and sourcing insights related to talent availability, competition, candidate expectations, and labor-market trends.

   

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information and communication records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

   

• Track sourcing activity and recruitment metrics and provide insights to leadership to support continuous improvement.

   

• Identify and participate in career fairs, recruiting events, and networking opportunities to strengthen the organization's employer brand and connect with prospective candidates.

   

• Support ongoing recruitment initiatives, special projects, and other Talent Acquisition activities as assigned.

   

• Perform other duties as assigned.

   

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.

   

• Minimum 2 years of related Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, Sourcing, or Human Resources experience required.

   

• Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, social media, professional networks, and other recruiting platforms.

   

• Strong relationship-building and consultative skills.

   

• Ability to understand hiring manager needs and translate them into effective sourcing strategies.

   

• Ability to manage expectations and communicate effectively with candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.

   

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

   

• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-management skills.

   

• Strong time-management, organizational, and decision-making abilities.

   

• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

   

• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
