Job Description

Clinic Director/Equity Partner (Licensed Physical Therapist) This is more than a Clinic Director role - it's an opportunity to become an Equity Partner and help shape a clinic from the ground up. You'll have a voice in clinic location, culture, team development, and patient experience while partnering with a company that has successfully opened 400+ clinics nationwide. Ivy Rehab will provide support in Marketing, HR, Recruitment, Legal Compliance, IT, RCM, and everything else that will help support you and your growing clinic. Together, we provide world-class care in physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and applied behavior analysis (ABA) services.

Compensation

• Compensation Range: $100,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
• Additional Compensation: This position is also eligible for: Clinic Director Bonus Plan/Equity/Relocation Assistance

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program required.
• Current or eligible Physical Therapist license in the state of practice required.
• 3+ years of proven dedication and experience in a healthcare setting.
• Previous outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience is a plus but not required.
• A passion for mentoring and developing others.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• A desire to grow the clinic, build community relationships, and create a positive team culture.
• Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care.
