JTS Painting & Renovations LLC is looking for a skilled Residential Remodeling Contractor to join our growing team in Wentzville, MO! Responsibilities:

• Perform residential remodeling projects including kitchens, bathrooms, basements, and living spaces
• Execute interior and exterior painting, surface prep, and finishing work to professional standards
• Install flooring, drywall, trim, doors, and other renovation components as needed
• Collaborate with homeowners and project leads to ensure work meets design specifications
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site throughout all phases of the project
• Identify and communicate any structural or material issues discovered during renovation
• Manage tools, materials, and supplies efficiently to keep projects on schedule and within budget

Requirements:

• Proven experience in residential remodeling, renovation, or general contracting
• Proficiency in painting, drywall, carpentry, or other remodeling trades
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work orders, or project plans
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality craftsmanship
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to job sites in and around Wentzville, MO
• Excellent communication skills and a professional, customer-friendly demeanor
• Relevant licenses or certifications preferred but not required for all positions
