What We Are Looking For We’re seeking an entrepreneurial and proactive leader with a passion for both animal care and client service to take on the role of Hospital Manager. This is a unique opportunity to lead an established hospital, driving operational excellence, strengthening team culture, and continuing to build a high‑performing team. Ideal candidates will have: Veterinary experience (highly preferred) CVPM Certification (preferred) A passion for growing and developing leaders A tenacious, resilient leadership style with the grit to lead through change and go above and beyond for their team Strong management experience with a proven track record of growth within a practice What You'll Bring to the Team Proven experience managing a P&L, with a track record of driving results. A successful background in recruiting, interviewing, and building high‑quality teams. Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to foster a positive, high‑performing culture. Strong communication and conflict‑resolution skills. Previous management experience in a veterinary, medical, or customer‑focused retail environment is required.
