The opportunity As a Community Associate, you’ll work closely with new and existing customers across a myriad of industries, working to create and maintain your own community within your center, where you will help take care of all the administrative and support needs for your customers…so that your customers can focus on running their business. Responsibilities Open and prepare the center before opening to ensure everything is ready and any issues are addressed (e.g., cleaning checks). Assist customers with requests throughout the day, such as WiFi changes, package inquiries, directions, and setup needs (e.g., projector) to support their meetings. Ensure services are properly charged and invoices are accurate. Manage mail and routine communications, including following up with customers about packages. Support printing, invoicing, and adjusting room conditions (e.g., temperature) by opening service tickets in the portal as needed. Coordinate events with the Community Manager, including creating e-invites, printing posters, and posting notices around the center. Engage with prospects and share what makes the space valuable to encourage joining the network. Conclude the day by ensuring the space is tidy and ready for the next shift. Qualifications Strong communication skills with the ability to build professional relationships and empathize with customers (Ideally 1+ years of customer service experience). Ownership mindset with problem-solving abilities. Positive, enthusiastic, and adaptable to fast-changing situations. Experience and confidence using MS Office and basic IT equipment. Legally eligible to work in the country of application and at least 18 years old.
