Job Title Pharmacy Assistant/Warehouse Specialist Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Assistant/Warehouse Specialist to join our team. This role involves maintaining the integrity of our pharmacy operations through the accurate storage and handling of pharmaceuticals and supplies. Responsibilities Ensure proper storage of drugs and supplies, including maintaining appropriate refrigeration for perishable products. Monitor and adjust or calibrate pharmacy equipment as needed. Fill dispensing boxes and prepare them for distribution. Create or correct shipping labels and deliver packages to Mail and Courier services when necessary. Monitor prescription drug inventory within the pharmacy computer system. Receive inventory and ensure accurate product receipt. Assist in resolving discrepancies related to inventory. Perform cycle counting activities and complete order processing. Essential Skills Experience in a pharmacy or warehouse setting. Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. Ability to stand for up to 8 hours with intermittent breaks. Proficiency in shipping, receiving, and inventory management. Additional Skills & Qualifications High School Diploma or GED. Washington State Pharmacy Assistant License or the ability to obtain one before hire. Work Environment This position operates Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM. Occasional overtime may be requested based on business needs but is not expected. The role involves working in a dynamic environment that requires standing for extended periods and handling various pharmacy and warehouse tasks. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Woodinville, WA. Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.25 - $23.00/hr.
