Noble Hearts HR Consulting & Staffing is recruiting a Pharmacy Technician for our client, Quaker Community Pharmacy. This hands-on role supports prescription fulfillment in a fast-paced dispensing pharmacy serving patients nationwide. What You'll Do

• Prepare, label, and package prescriptions for pharmacist review and dispensing.
• Support prescription fulfillment while following pharmacy procedures and safety standards.
• Restock medications, monitor inventory, and check expiration dates.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with pharmacy requirements.
• Follow direction from pharmacy leads and pharmacists, raise questions promptly, and adapt as workflows change.
• Assist with quality assurance and help the team maintain accurate, timely service during busy periods.

What We're Looking For

• Current Pennsylvania Pharmacy Technician registration or license, as applicable to the position.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, reliability, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• A team-focused approach and willingness to learn changing procedures.
• Experience in a retail, mail-order, central-fill, specialty, hospital outpatient, or long-term care pharmacy is a plus. Skills in prescription processing, medication inventory, high-volume fulfillment, and patient service can transfer well to this role.
• Experience handling injectable therapies or temperature-sensitive medication shipments is also valuable.
