: 3 to 5+ years agency/staffing recruiting experience required

: Supply Chain, Engineering, Construction & Manufacturing

Recruiting experience within Supply Chain, Engineering, Construction, or Manufacturing sectors is strongly preferred. Experience recruiting industrial, technical, or operations professionals is also highly valued.

As an Executive Recruiter , you'll manage the full life cycle of direct-hire recruiting while developing strong relationships with both industrial and corporate clients and candidates.

Recruit mid- to senior-level professionals across Supply Chain, Engineering, Construction, Manufacturing, and related technical disciplines

Source, interview, assess, and present top-tier engineering and operations candidates

Partner with hiring managers and plant/project leaders to understand their talent needs

Manage searches from initial intake through successful placement

Build and strengthen long-term client and candidate relationships

Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts and develop new business in the industrial and construction sectors

Work in a fast-paced, performance-driven 360° recruiting environment

✅ 3 to 5+ years of recruiting experience in an agency, staffing, or search firm environment

✅ Supply Chain, Engineering, Construction, or Manufacturing recruiting experience

✅ Strong relationship-building and technical assessment skills

✅ High sense of urgency and strong follow-through

✅ Ability to manage multiple industrial/technical priorities and changing client needs

✅ Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven

✅ Comfortable working in a hybrid environment

✅ Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent professional experience considered
