Direct Support Professional - First and Second Shift (Per Diem)

Direct Support Professional (DSP) – Per Diem Schedule: 1st & 2nd Shifts (As Needed) Location: West Greenwich & West Warwick, RI Setting: Adult Group Home (Males with Developmental Disabilities & Behavioral Health Needs) Arbor Associates is seeking energetic and reliable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) for per diem coverage in a residential group home setting. This role supports adult males with developmental disabilities and behavioral health challenges and requires someone who is comfortable being hands‑on, engaged, and consistent. If you’re the type who doesn’t just supervise—but actively connects, engages, and brings energy into your shifts—this is where you’ll stand out. What You’ll Do Support individuals in a structured group home environment Assist with ADLs (hygiene, meals, daily routines) Actively engage clients—this is not a sit‑back role Provide support around behavioral and developmental needs Maintain consistency and communicate with the team What We’re Looking For 1st (7am - 3pm) and/or 2nd (3pm - 11pm) shift availability Must be able to work in West Warwick Comfortable with behavioral challenges Outgoing, hands‑on, and reliable Experience in DSP or human services is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr Arbor Associates
