Work with production employees to address quality issues. Follow company safety procedures and quality standards. Requirements Experience in manufacturing quality control or steel fabrication is preferred. Ability to read measurements and compare parts to specifications. Familiarity with bend tolerances, weld specifications, and paint quality is a plus. Strong attention to detail and clear communication skills.
