Physical Therapist, Outpatient Therapy- Waukesha County- PRN/As Needed

What You Will Do: Evaluates individuals referred for physical therapy services.Establishes a physical therapy diagnosis, prognosis, and plan of treatment.Re-assesses the ongoing effects of treatment.Collaborates with and provides consultation to others in care delivery.Supervises physical therapist assistants and aides. What you will need: Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or higher. Current State of WI Physical Therapist licensure. Current BLS (CPR) certification or ability to obtain upon hire.
