Neurosurgery & Spine First Assist Surgery Only 30-35 Hrs/Wk $140k-$160k Guaranteed Phoenix, AZ Albuquerque PAs: a leading surgical services group in Phoenix is hiring, and a relocation stipend comes with the offer. Responsibilities: first assist neurosurgeons and orthopedic spine surgeons on XLIF, ALIF, ACDF, microdiscectomies, laminectomies and TLIFs. Elective procedures only, no multi-level scoliosis. No orders, clinic or rounding. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 30-35 hours per week, no call or weekends. Salary: guaranteed $140,000-$160,000/yr based on experience, plus a quarterly bonus. Experience: at least 1 year of spine or neurosurgery surgical first assist experience. Benefits: PTO, 401k with match, CME stipend and healthcare plans. Malpractice with tail coverage.
