Accounts Payable Specialist

Our client is adding to their growing team! They're hiring multiple accounts payable specialists. As a Valued Member of Their Team, You'll Receive: Competitive pay Paid time off 401(k) match Comprehensive health care plan Accounts Payable Specialist Responsibilities: Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to entry and payment Prints and obtains signatures on all accounts payable checks Distributes signed checks as required Acts a liaison between corporate and branch accounts payable departments Answers all vendor inquiries in a timely and professional manner Maintains all accounts payable reports, spreadsheets, and corporate accounts payable files Assists corporate financial offers and branch personnel as necessary Assembles and processes overnight shipments to branches Confirms vendor banking information as applicable Assists in monthly closingsPrepares analysis of accounts as required Performs other duties and/or projects as assigned dunhill0031 Strong Microsoft Excel skills are required Must work in office Dunhill Staffing and its clients respect the principles of equal employment opportunity contained in federal and state law.
