Data Intake Specialist Location: 11511 Shadow Creek Pkwy, Pearland, TX 77584 Schedule: 8-hour shift between 8:00 AM6:30 PM Dress Code: Business Casual Interview: Virtual Job Description: The Data Intake Specialist is responsible for accurately and efficiently managing sensitive patient and member information related to healthcare enrollment, appeals, and grievances. Key Responsibilities: Collect and accurately enter patient and member information into healthcare systems. Organize, review, and maintain electronic and physical records and forms. Process incoming appeals and grievance requests. Ensure information is complete, accurate, and properly documented. Maintain compliance with HIPAA, ACA, CMS guidelines, and applicable state regulations.
