Job Title: US - Sr Advanced Hardware Engineer Location: Minneapolis, MN Pay Range: $60.60 - $75.50/hr (depending on candidate's experience) What’s the Job? Support design efforts for factory test equipment to ensure high‑quality manufacturing processes. Apply technical troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve hardware issues in factory test systems. Analyze hardware failures collaboratively with software engineers to identify failure modes and improve designs. Participate in circuit design, schematic creation, BOM generation, and board layout for test equipment projects. Oversee the build, testing, and integration of factory test solutions, ensuring they meet project specifications and quality standards. What’s Needed? Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. 6+ years of experience in hardware design and development, with a strong understanding of hardware principles and methodologies. Proficiency in hardware design tools and software, including schematic capture, board layout, and programmable logic. Experience with hardware testing, validation, and troubleshooting using lab equipment such as oscilloscopes and logic analyzers.
