Join Divine Guardian LLC as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Tucker, GA, where you will play a vital role in providing compassionate care to our patients. Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care, including assessments, treatments, and medication administration.

Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.

Monitor patient progress and report changes in condition to the medical team.

Educate patients and their families on health management and wellness strategies.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.

Adhere to infection control and safety protocols to ensure a safe environment.

Participate in quality improvement initiatives and staff training programs.

Support patients emotionally and psychologically through their healthcare journey.

Requirements:

Current RN license in the state of Georgia.

Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in a clinical setting.

Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required

Compassionate demeanor and a patient-centered approach to care.

Willingness to work flexible hours
