Requirements

• 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
• No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
• No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
• No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
• Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Based in Hot Springs, AR, join HMD Trucking as an OTR solo CDL-A Dry Van driver running freight nationwide. You’ll cover long-haul lanes with dependable loads and a team that prioritizes safety and on-time performance.

Your duties:

• Safely operate dry-van tractor-trailers on OTR routes.
• Complete accurate logs and pre/post-trip inspections; report maintenance needs.
• Coordinate with dispatch and customers to ensure timely deliveries.

Compensation & benefits: Starting at 65 CPM with weekly averages near 2,500 miles, safety and inspection bonuses, late-model trucks (APUs, inverters, sleepers), in-house maintenance, home every two weeks, plus health, dental, vision, PTO and 401(k). Requirements: Valid CDL-A and 12+ months verifiable experience.
