Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)Galloway Ridge is an upscale continuing care retirement community offering top-quality care in a warm, welcoming environment—and we're looking for a compassionate, skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team.This role allows you to serve as both a Staff Nurse and a Charge Nurse, provide support and guide fellow nursing team members, deliver high quality care, and gain experience in administrative tasks.The schedule for this position is Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 7:00 pm - 7:00 am.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Deliver compassionate, hands-on care to residents across multiple settings — Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, Dementia Care, and Independent Living.Administer medications, perform treatments, and obtain specimens as needed.Provides oversight for areas assigned along with administrative tasksMonitor residents' health and well-being, identify and document changes, and promptly report concerns.Respond to medical and emergency situations throughout the community, including independent living neighborhoods; triage and prioritize care needs.RequirementsValid LPN licenseBasic Life Support and AED CertificationsExperience in long-term, geriatric, or assisted living care preferredStrong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skillsAbility to multitask, stay organized, and respond calmly in urgent situationsYou will join an innovative team of over 300 employees who each contribute unique talent and expertise in a variety of hospitality, medical, and professional fields.
