Dental Hygienist PositionPermanent position for RDH in Fairfield general office. They are looking for an RDH for two or more days a week. Days offered are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday from 10-7. Offers competitive pay and 401k. Benefits included.Duties and Responsibilities:Perform hygiene clinical procedures, including oral prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, scaling and root planing, sealants, fluoride, oral cancer screenings and x-raysEducate patients on the importance of oral hygiene, as well as instructions and demonstrations of effective oral hygiene methodsCommunicate with doctor where there are opportunities in patients for restorative and/or periodontal needsObtain and review dental history and/or records from patient (review patient health history and care slips) and ensure health history is updated for all returning patientsQualifications:Degree or certificate in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program and a valid state license Mayday Dental Staffing
