Exciting Opportunity for an ED Registered Nurse (RN) - Nights Job Description: - Take charge of delivering exceptional care to Emergency Room patients - Utilize the Nursing Process in accordance with the state's Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies - Demonstrate critical thinking skills and scientific judgment - Anticipate and plan for the safe delivery of patient care in a dynamic Emergency Department - Maintain clinical competencies through ongoing education and training - Delegate patient care priorities based on the education and experience of available staff - Provide direction and supervision to assigned personnel delivering patient care - Be prepared to float to Marana ED and sister hospitals, including Northwest Medical Center, Northwest Houghton, and Northwest Sahuarita Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of Emergency Department nursing experience - Current Arizona RN license - Certification in BLS, ACLS, and PALS - Familiarity with Cerner EMR system Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol): At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
