What You Will Do

  • Develop New Business: Prospect, cold call, and generate new leads in your defined territory.
  • Drive Sales Activity: Follow our proven sales process to manage your pipeline and forecast accurately.
  • Engage the Community: Build connections within the local business community to uncover opportunities.
  • Deliver Expertise: Become a trusted advisor by deeply understanding Novatech's portfolio of solutions.
  • Cultivate Relationships: Meet with decision-makers and C-level executives to offer tailored solutions.
  • Meet and Exceed Goals: Achieve monthly targets and contribute to the success of your team and territory.

  • Strong Pipeline Discipline: Skilled at building and managing an active pipeline.
  • Excellent Communication: Confident, articulate, and professional with all stakeholders.

Your Background

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Prior outside sales experience preferred
  • Comfortable using Salesforce (or similar CRM) and Microsoft Office
  • Valid driver's license and access to a reliable, insured vehicle
  • Willingness to commute to the Waukesha office as needed.
